Below find Class Descriptions and the various apparatuses we offer
all classes are 60 minutes

Adult Aerial Hammock

Beginner 1- Learn the basics, work on conditioning and start basic transitions, inverting in the fabric and standing in fabric.  

Beginner 2- Comfortable in transitions and inverting. Continued work in strengthening and toning. 

Level 3- The ability to aerial invert unassisted.  Comfortable in cross-back straddles. 

Adult Lyra/Aerial Hoop

Beginner 1- Learn the basics, work on conditioning and start basic transitions, practice entries into the hoop, and work on building up strength. 

Beginner 2- Comfortable in transitions and inverting. Continued work in strengthening and toning. 

Level 3- Intermediate- comfortable on spanset work and aerial inverts

Open Practice

Trapeze 

Trapeze is a solid straight bar connected by two ropes.  In this class we will go over transitions and poses.  Some aerial experience is preferred but not necessary.  

Mondays at 7:45p,

Open Practice- Time for individuals to come practice what they have learned in classes.  An instructor will be present for safety reasons but this is not an instructed class.  You may bring your own aerial equipment or use ours. 

 Kids Open Practice- Time for individuals to come practice what they have learned in classes on any apparatus.  An instructor will be present for safety reasons but this is not an instructed class. Restricted to ages 10 and older.  

Aerial Rope  

This is taught on a single hanging rope.  Prior aerial experience preferred but not required.  This is a difficult apparatus. 

Flying Pole 

Flying pole is a silicone pole attached to rigging point.  This is not connected to the ground- which earns it the term 'flying'.    

Adult Aerial Silks 

Aerial silks differ from hammock as the two 'tails' do not connect at the bottom.  

Beginner class- Skills include learning to climb, footlocks, basic poses, and strength training.  Saturday mornings.

Level2- Comfortable climbing and inverting from the ground 

Intermediate Class- Must have aerial inverts to attend.  We practice transitioning, strength training and sequences.  

 

Aerial Yoga 

Beginners welcome! Flow through this low height hammock class to  restore, rejuvenate and relax. 

  

Other Classes

Flow Jams- Mondays from 6:30 to 9:30pm  Drop in is 5$ This is a non instructional class and used for individuals to bring their favorite props and practice together in large space! 

Kid Classes

 

All kids classes are ages 7 and up unless otherwise noted.  

Flexibility- This class will focus on full body flexibility that will help with aerial, dance, or gymnastics.  Some goals we will stretch for are splits, back arches, and shoulder mobility.  

Beginner Burlesque- Begin your journey into the art of burlesque.  No experience necessary.  Everyone welcome.
